Shipping Policy
- In stock orders ship within 24 hours. 90% of our orders are shipped complete within 2 business days
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1-2 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you.. Any part that must source from Germany will take 14-18 days. We will notify you during order processing if that is the case.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 1-5 days.
- Some orders may qualify for overnight shipping if part is in stock and order is received before 9AM EST. Otherwise an order submitted with Expedited Shipping will not ship for at least 1 day. Please add a note during Checkout requesting a delivery date and we will work to fulfill this and if not possible, then will notify you.
- Oversize shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back order or discontinued, we will notify you.
- We do not ship COD orders.
Important Note About Shipping Times
- All delivery dates shown on our website are estimates.
- Shipping/delivery time estimates are contingent upon the ordered part being currently in stock at our warehouse. If we do not have your ordered item currently in stock, selected shipping times will take effect once we have ordered and received the parts from the manufacturer.
Time Sensitive Orders: If an order is time-sensitive, please contact us immediately to confirm availability and shipping options.
General Shipping times:
- Southeast US 1-2 days
- Northeast US 2-3 days
- Midwest US 2-3 days
- Southwest US 3-5 days
- Northwest US 4-5 days
- Alaska and Hawaii 4-8 days
Important Note About Shipping Rates
The shipping calculator does a great job, most of the time. However if the shipping quote seems unusually high, especially for a small lightweight part, please submit the order and we can adjust the shipping cost as needed. Or you can email us your concerns.
International Orders
- We do ship internationally to selected countries. If your country is not listed then we do not ship there.
- Only PayPal is accepted for international orders and shipped to address on payment.
- Duties and Customs Fees are not collected by us, and you will need to make arrangements with your country's tax agency to pay those fees.
- Please add a note during Checkout if there are any request for a specific carrier. We will work to honor those.
- Shipping Cost is an estimate. It is possible that we may need to collect additional funds and if so we will contact you.
Local Pickup
- Orders submitted online are process in the same way as noted above. Orders are not processed on site. Orders submitted after 3PM M-F and weekends are processed the next business day. The parts department counter person is not able to lookup your order. When the order is processed, we will notify you by email when it is ready for pickup.
- Parts may need to be ordered in, so please do not assume order will be ready the same day. If you need the part the same day, please leave a note when you submit the order and we will let you know the status.
- Local Pickup is only available at our location in Union City GA. Monday-Friday 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM - 4PM Closed Sundays
- Proof of Identity is required at time of Pickup. This can include Driver's Licenses that matches address and Credit card used for the purchase.
